Hello! I'm Erin.
Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, my parents taught me to work hard, be kind and above all, love God. My passion for meeting new people and love for new places, is the reason I decided to say goodbye to the Sunshine State and hello to Sweet Home Alabama.
At eighteen, moving seven hours away from home and only knowing a handful of people is intimidating. The moment I stepped onto Auburn's campus, I knew this was where I wanted to be. Deciding to come to Auburn was the best decision I have ever made.
Auburn University has prepared me for an exciting and fulfilling career in the fast-paced industry of public relations. On campus, I am an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). This year, I was selected as Auburn University’s National Assembly delegate in Seattle, Washington. At the PRSSA National Assembly, I was among the top public relations students in the country who voted on the new PRSSA National Committee.
Off campus, I have dedicated over three and a half years, as the manger, senior buyer, and social media coordinator at The Pink Room Boutique. Not only did this job provide me with real world experience, it gave me a second home and people to call family.
It is hard to believe that my time at Auburn is coming to an end. All the special memories and people Auburn gave me will forever be apart of me.
After accepting an internship in San Diego, California, I am humbled and excited for this next chapter of my life to begin. I am ready to travel, meet new people and make new memories. However, with that being said, no matter where this life takes me, a little piece of my heart will always belong in Sweet Home Auburn, Alabama.
